Of course you already know your body is full of tiny odds and ins that make it work properly; muscles, bones, ligaments, joints, and so much more. But, did you know that one particular muscle could be causing something you would have never thought of?
The muscle I’m referring to is known in the world of science as the psoas major muscle. This muscle is crucial in keeping your body stabilized, and it affects everything literally. This can range from mobility to flexibility and then even further than that. This muscle is huge, so massive that it when it is fully stretched and relaxed the release of tension can even improve your connection to the present moment, This particular muscle is the only muscle that connects one’s legs to the spinal column. It begins at the T12 vertebrae and follows down the five lumbar vertebrae then meets the legs at the thighs. This muscle tends to get quite stressed from being too active without properly stretching it. Relieving the tension built up in this muscle can alleviate your fear and anxiety problems as well as ensure your muscle stays physically healthy.
